For my birthday, I went on a solo ride at TMP. I have a bad habit of crashing, so at first I thought this may not be a good idea. But it had been a while since I've gone on a solo ride, and what better day to do it than on my birthday...so what the heck, huh? When you have alot on your mind, it's not best to think and ride at the same time. I managed to avoid some crashing, but managed to run over a snake and ride into a stump. The stump came out of nowhere... I swear! I saw Ricky out on the trail, the last mile. Also, the Sheriff's Posse were out with their horses. Someone must have warned them about some girl who loves to crash on her bike at Starr Pass.

Snake in the middle of Yetman Wash.

Snake that I ran over the first couple of miles of my ride.

Another snake that scared the hell out of me.
After my ride, I had breakfast with my sister Trish. Nothing like a good meal to finish the ride. I hung out with her and the rest of the family for a bit before picking up Bryan for lunch. We had some Chopped for lunch...mmm. Then spent the afternoon at work finishing up my bike; turned it into a SS commuter. For dinner, Kim, Bryan, Dusty and I had some beer and wings. Okay, no beer for Dusty, but he had a lot of wings. I have never eaten so much in my life.
The night was finished off by going to bed early...like the old lady that I am.

Those snakes are big and they scare me...and I'm flying my desk behind a computer...pretty pathetic.
Happy belated Cat!
