Knobbies, lycra and Hairballs: October Bars on Bikes

This month's Bars on Bikes was also a celebration of Big Worm's birthday. It was our biggest turnout yet; and with many new faces. We started out at the usual, Bob Dobb's. After a few pitchers and yummy comida, we rolled our bikes to MagPies for some more pitchers and yummy pies. And because we were still thirsty for more beer and good food, we made one last stop, The Barrio. By then, we became a very rowdy group of mountain bikes...eh, plus one roadie. The bar may have been closing, but we decided to move the party to our next destination...Kimmeh and Big Worm's place.
Our route to Kim and Vern's place took us through the TCC and courthouse area. Lots of stairs to ride down...and up. I managed to gracefully leap off my bike while descending some stairs. I landed on my chest and forearms, protecting my face. Another successful crash by your truly!
Kimmeh and Big Worm's place has been a favorite spot to end all bars on bikes gatherings. This is where I get most of my disturbing pics. Someone always ends up asleep and regretting it the next morning. This month it was Chris...poor Chris.
