Stone House Loop

Today, I rode Stone House Loop for the first time. I was always intimidated by the trail from other people's opinion about the trail. Chris had all the faith in the world that I would walk away from the trail in one piece...so we decided to go for it.
I cursed the whole way climbing up the trail; but only had to walk a few sections. Next was the sketchy downhill. If you know me, I would climb all day long before I ride downhill. Chris was kind enough to warn me about the areas that I may have trouble with; and didn't make fun when I decided to walk a certain area.
The worst part of the ride was when I landed in a prickly pear that I was trying to avoid. Needles were in my leg...bleeding, and I had a few in my fingers and arm. Chris came back to give me a hand, but I still have a couple of those bastards stuck in my leg.
Chris and I met Bryan for breakfast after the ride. They are good people.
YEAH, I survived Stone House Loop.
