Taking a much needed break

I'm hanging out with Blake, my favorite 8 year old, instead of riding the bike for the fifth day in a row. I got to sleep more than five hours...actually I slept for eight hours, a nice change. Hanging out with a kid makes things seem more simple. Pillow fights are better than worrying about life. Army men are better than worrying about tomorrow.

But riding my bike is great, I love it. Kimmeh and I saw more critters last night. They slowed us down drasticly, we were a bunch of girls that were scared of passing a couple of rattlesnakes. I need to take advantage of Kimmeh's time while I have it. When school starts, I'm going to lose half of my riding partners. Damn teachers... Plan is to start commuting to work.
